Day 12 - Jimmy's Music Collection

Happy Friday! This was a long week as the day job was filled with meetings and brainstorming. OK, there might have been an outing. Today I went with Female artists that went solo. Have a great weekend. September 23, 2022

Lauryn Hill - The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill

The first time I spun Doo Wop (That Thing) at Chicago's 92 KISS FM, I knew it would be a huge hit. I have always loved Lauryn's voice and am a big fan of The Fugees.

Format: Vinyl - CD

Belinda Carlisle - Haven On Earth

Belinda's second album was a major success and a true hit maker.

I have had a crush on Belinda since her Go Go days and I still love her music. There will be much more in my journey from Belinda.

Hits: Title Track, Circle In The Sand, I Get Weak.

Format: Vinyl - CD - Cassette

Fergie- The Dutchess

Fergie was in 2 groups. I know both, but most think she was just in The Black Eyed Peas. I suggest you take a look at Stacy when she was in Wild Orchid.

This first solo release from Fergie was a Top 10 hit maker and the cover was nice as well.

Hits: London Bridges, Clumsy, Glamorous, Big Girls Don't Cry, and Fergalicious.

Format: CD

Stevie Nicks - Bella Donna

I saved the best for last today. Stevie Nicks is a one in a lifetime voice. Bella Donna was Stevie's solo debut and this album is PERFECT.

Hits: Stop Draggin' My Heart Around, Edge Of Seventeen, Leather and Lace.

Format: Vinyl - CD
